HVFCU has been our client since 1997. We designed their first web site, and have been responsible for their site architecture, database development, forms, applications, back office and quality control.

SITE ARCHITECTURE: We present pages using XSD/XSLT/XML templates and a proprietary blend of Cold Fusion, XML, and JS. We are responsible for ongoing site development and maintenance.

DESIGN: We designed the first two iterations of their public site as well as their first intranet site. The current overall design was devloped by another vendor, whose design concept we implemented. We are responsible for maintaining this design system, including ad and custom promotional page development.

FORMS & APPLICATIONS : We have developed over 30 custom applications and tools, including: Membership Application, Home Equity app and other consumer loan apps, Password Reset form, mulit-part verification processes for our Internet Banking and Bill Pay forms, surveys, Internet Banking login architecture, and more.

We also create custom back office and site management tools, and applications for their 600+ staff. At left is a tool we created for customizing promotional messages and image ads used throughout the site, including fine-grained placements on the home page, per directory, and per individual pages. This entire tool suite was done with advanced CSS and Cold Fusion.

This Resource Scheduler can be used for laptops, vehicles, any enterprise resource. We customized this tool for conference rooms. Done entirely in advanced CSS and Cold Fusion, it features rollouts and context sensitive layers throughout. Level driven logins allow for Users, Reservers, and Admins.

The most common User activities can be done with a choice of smart rollovers, then a single click. The console for scheduling new events slides out when calendar grid is clicked (shown, at bottom left).

CSS drives the tabs that show number of Reserved Rooms on the left, number of Free Rooms on the right. These numbers rollout to show clickable lists for every half-hour block. Details include color coded users in the room views, responsive time blocks, and a comprehensive, DB-driven back end with list management.

The center of the hive is the password-protected Works In Progress. All tasks are assigned titles, start times, deadlines, priority levels. File names, task descriptions and ongoing threaded notes keep the enterprise aware of all work. Signatures at every step ensure responsiblity; auto-email notifications can be customized and messages contain mini-reports and the text of every request.

The Requests screen (shown) summarizes all outstanding tasks, color-coded for due times and urgency. All current and approved tasks are archived, and keyword searchable.
